Our main hall is equipped with 2 large screens to capture each moment through a live feed of for playing your video presentation. The in-house PA system will ensure your guests hear just the words you want them to!

The Cold Lake Agricultural Society provides all the bar services. The Bar is included in your Agriplex Main Hall rental. We retain the "First Right of Refusal" to provide bar service. Our bartenders​ are 100% volunteers!

Community group board meeting, corporate training or a reason to celebrate? Our common room is perfect, with its TV, plus tables and chairs to accommodate up to 50 people. 

Business rate $100

Wedding or Non-Profit - $50 

Want to teach a class, host a small event or workshop? Our upper hall can be rented at $40 an hour for a maximum of 2hrs.

Guest Riders $20 per person, per day. Must ride accompanied by a member.

Waivers must be signed by you and the member each time you ride. They must be filled out prior to each Clinic and Horse Show. Email, drop them off or fax them to the Ag. office.

Pre Paid entries accepted only for clinics & stalls.  Both confirmed 1st come 1st paid.

Call the AG office to pay for stalls 2 weeks in advance.

CLINICS:

1. The Ag. Society hosts all clinics in the riding arena.

2. All instructors must provide us with a current copy of their liability insurance.

3. All clinics and stalls must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to events, or they will be cancelled – no exceptions.

4. First in and paid for confirms your registration or stall.

5. If you cannot make it to the clinic that you paid for, it is your responsibility to find yourself a replacement.
